Kadence K9 provides services to to Smithers, Telkwa, Houston, Burns Lake, Hazelton and everywhere in between. We’re conveniently located 30 minutes east of Smithers, 20 minutes east of Telkwa and 2 minutes from downtown Houston. We offer you and your canine behaviour modification, obedience, tracking and service/therapy dog training on site or at your home.
Our goal is to provide a rich learning environment and ongoing support for handlers and their canine companions.

About the Owner
Cheryl Mcrae
Owner / Head Trainer
Cheryl McRae has over 30 years experience working with dogs in a variety of professional capacities. Along with her background in Dog Sports, Competition Obedience, Tracking and Behaviour Modification, Cheryl has successfully owned and operated both Kadence K9 and Dog Digs for over 10 years, handling thousands of dogs annually. In addition to this, she is a Certified Veterinary Assistant and former Dog Control Officer.
Cheryl would like to share her years of hands-on experience to provide owners with insight, and the tools, to create the companion they desire.
